Q. I'm after a specific product but can't find it on your website?

A. We have access to a wide variety of products, styles, and materials and can custom make to your information if needed. If you have a specific request please feel free to contact us and we will do everything we can to help!

Q. How much will shipping cost?

A. Shipping for all orders over $50 placed through our website is free throughout New Zealand. If you are an overseas customer please contact us before you place your order for country specific rates.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. This can range from overnight to up to six weeks, depending on what you have ordered and production time. Check the product description for further information or contact us if you need your order by a set date.

Q. Do you have design templates available for your products?

A. Yes. Contact us and we will email you the appropriate editable design template.

Q. How can I send you my logo/artwork for my order?

A. Most products allow uploading of design files to be included with the order, for all other products we will email you to confirm your design requirements. You can also email your artwork and order information to us at sales@squad.co.nz if you would prefer not to order online.

Q. I need some help with my logo/design - can you help?

A. We can provide basic design for simple wording and logos. Should you require professional design we can recommend a preferred designer.

Q. How do I know what my products will look like?

A. We will send a mock-up of your products depicting what they will look like once completed. You will have the opportunity to review and confirm this before we arrange production.

Q. I want to see the product(s) I'm interested in before purchasing - do you have samples?

A. As most of our products are custom made to order, a sample of your specific product, while doable can sometimes be expensive and time prohibitive. However, we do stock a range of standard samples for specific requests.

Q. I am ordering a "standard" item, but I would like to add a logo/extra numbers/individual names - can you do this?

A. Yes. The additional cost for this will depend on what you would like added. Please contact us with specific details before placing your order and we will let you know any extra costs that might be involved.

Q. It won't let me add the quantity I require into the cart, why?

A. Most products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). This is the number stated in the quantity box. All products have a maximum order of 250pcs through our website, if the quantity you require is above this please contact us directly for special pricing.

Q. I have a request for an order smaller than the minimum quantity stated - can you help?

A. We are able to provide some products in quantities below the minimum stated online. However, due to the higher per unit costs for shipping and setup, we must charge a small order fee. Please contact us for more information.

Q. I have a large order, can you offer a bulk discount?

A. Yes. We offer volume discounts on all of our products. Just get in touch and we will provide a competitive quote.

Q. An organisation I am associated with is one of your Money for Sport Partners, how do I make sure they get their commission?

A. The organisation would have been provided with a unique code. Ask them for this. When processing your order via our website, enter this code in the box during the checkout process. If ordering via phone or email, ensure that this code is mentioned with each order. Note this only applies if you are a new customer and have not ordered through us before.
